Description: The United States Government is seeking a perimeter surveillance system using multimodal sensor array for simultaneously tracking personnel walking on the ground & in subterranean environments. Other requirements include a self-healing mesh communication network, rapid installation techniques that do not require trenching, and the ability to be controlled and monitored via an Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK) system.
