Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NC0 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase to include one one-year option, to Medivators Inc., 14605 28th Avenue N, Minneapolis, MN 55447 for a service agreement for Medivators endoscope reprocessors listed below located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. This service agreement includes: on-site repairs, annual preventative maintenance service, operator training annually, and telephone technical support. Equipment included: Medivators endoscope reprocessor Advantage Plus SN 67386809 Advantage Plus SN 67386802 Advantage Plus SN 67386801 Advantage Plus SN 67386806 NAICS Code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the classification code is J065 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies with a small business size standard of $22 million. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by July 27, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to daniel.zielinski@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
