Description
The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify the type of industry partners that are capable of providing services in the realm of Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM)/Office of the Director/ODEIA. Responses to this notice will assist OPM in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. The U. S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (ODEIA) will support and manage the implementation of Executive Order�14035�Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce.�The ultimate awardee will accomplish this by: 1)�Developing guidance, tools, and resources to�support�agencies in�strengthening�and advancing�DEIA in the federal�workforce,�2)�Assessing and�identifying�barriers that lead to inequities in federal employment, and 3)�Providing logistics and DEIA Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support NAICS ��541612 Human Resources Consulting Services and/or 541618 Other Management Consulting Services NOTE:� This is a Sources Sought Notice for Market Research Purposes only.� All responses are provided on a voluntary basis by interested industry partners.� � Scope of Work In support of the Biden-Harris Administrations commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, ODEIA requires a contractor to provide guidance, tools, and resources to support agencies in strengthening and advancing DEIA in the federal workforce. Describe the length of time that your organization has previously been able to obtain personnel security clearances for Federal Government contracts Describe your experience in developing guidance, tools, and resources to support agencies in strengthening and advancing DEIA in the federal workforce Describe your experience assessing and identifying barriers that lead to inequities in federal employment. Describe your experience providing logistics and DEIA Subject Matter Expertise.
