This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes and market research. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are interested and capable of performing the services in the attached Performance Work Statement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System classified for this effort is 221310, Water Supply Irrigation Systems, Size Standard: $30,000,000. ������ 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATIONS: The locations for this effort is in tyhe following locations: Farrell, PA;� Franklin, PA;� Conneaut Lake, PA;� Meadville, PA;� New Castle, PA;� Fairview, PA See attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details **� This a new requirement and there is no incumbent contractor. �4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall email a Capability Statement via email.
