- Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 The Atlanta VA Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033, is announcing their requirement for Brand Name or Equal Medical Supply Carts. It is anticipated that a single firm-fixed price contract will result from the solicitation. The RFQ reference# is 36C24721Q0947, Medical Supply Carts and award will only be made to potential contractor with the lowest evaluated price, most advantageous to the Government. The RFQ will be posted to the specified GPE below, on/before July 21, 2021 with quotes due on/before July 23, 2021 @ 12PM, EST. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the GPE website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Potential Contractors are responsible for checking the website periodically for amendments. No hard copies will be provided. A question period will be opened at time of solicitation posting and will close on July 22, 2021 @ 12PM,EST. Per solicitation, questions must be emailed to Contract Specialist by specified date and time. Answers will be provided via amendment after question period closing. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
