- Description
- Notification of Sole Source Procurement.� In accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), the Government intends to limit sources to the A/E firm, Jacobs Government Services Company, to provide Construction Phase Services (CPS) related to the Commissioning Design for the new Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.� Jacobs Government Services Company completed the commissioning plan that was included in the design package for the project, and therefore have the highest level of familiarity with the design.� The project delivery team will require CPS related to the commissioning plan.� Using the services of Jacobs Government Services Group is the most logical and cost-effective course of action because of their knowledge of the project design.� This procurement is intended as a firm-fixed price contract for A/E services for a five year period.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.� Capability statement, proposal, or quotation must be submitted by 12:00PM Eastern Time on 5 August 2021 to Michael.D.Hutchens@usace.army.mil.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
