Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis to Partnership Center Ltd, 2134 Alpine Pl, Cincinnati, OH, under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1.� The support services shall include to operate, manage, support, and update the National Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) Data Lab. The period of Performance is 6-months. The NAICS Code is 541611- Administrative Management and General Management Support Services. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations nor is this a solicitation.� However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may submit a written response via email to Diane Toledo-Gaskins at the email address below by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard. July 26, 2021. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.� Information received will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� If no responses are received, HUD will proceed with the sole source award to Partnership Center Ltd.� The anticipated award date of this requirement is on or around July 27, 2021. ��If you have any questions regarding this announcement, please contact Diane Toledo-Gaskins via email: Diane.E.Toledo-Gaskins@hud.gov. .
