- The Air Force Test Center Contracting Squadron (AFTC/PZIOB) Edwards AFB, CA intends to award a sole source contract to: READY2GO RESTROOM TRAILERS LLC 1208 BALSAM DRIVE IMPERIAL, PENNSYLVANIA 15126-1167 Under this Firm Fixed Price contract, READY2GO RESTROOM TRIALERS LLC will provide the following: Delivery to Edwards AFB no later than 20 Aug 2021 30�x8� ADA Restroom Trailer 1 ADA sink 1 ADA Touchless Toilet 1 ADA ONE hand dryer 2 Full counter (Men & Women bathroom) 3 Defog system 2 Full touchless Men toilet 3 Touchless urinal 4 Full touchless women(Unisex) toilet 3 ULV Disinfection 3 UV Disinfection 3 Instant water heater faucet 2 Hand dryer ( Tap dryer ) 2 water purification system 2 AC Dom 18000BTU Each 1 Fresh water tank 300G Antibacterial Wall 3 units 2100 ml touchless dispenser 3 units 500ML Soap dispenser 3 Heating (Stelpro Hot air fan) 1 GPRS 2 Torsion axle ( 5200LB each) Full Exterior light LED 3 Magic mirror Full touchless Soft close partitions Antibacterial partitions 3 HVAC system STELPRO Exterior color white , Grey or Black Interior floor vinyl 2 Fold down landing stair cases 1 Full drop Wheelchair ramp Electrical technical room Touchless light fixture Full touchless control panels Remote accessibility option 12 inch touch screen control panels Fresh water sensor remote notification Grey water sensor remote notification The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This authority is supported by an approved Single Source Justification/Justification and Approval. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 336214.� The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 1000 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 12:00 PM on 29 JULY 2021 will be considered by the Government.� All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items.
