Description

Special Notice Synopsis: The 22nd Contracting Squadron � McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Advantor Systems Corporation, to a video management system for our already existing system to expand our security at McConnell AFB. Advantor Systems Corporation is the only vendor that we can feasibly choose without spending more over than $1 Million to change the head end system, alarm points, and panels. We are unable to mix and match alarm systems due to its proprietary nature. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561621 and the size standard is $22 Million. Base Notice: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to junious.buchanan@us.af.mil no later than 28 July�2021 by 12:00 PM CST. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
