Description

This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is for the replacement of air conditioning system on a containerized hyperbaric chamber system for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Diving Program which is located in Seattle, WA. The NOAA Diving Center, is soliciting quotes for the replacement of an air conditioning system used to provide climate control to a hyperbaric chamber system housed within a shipping container (conex box) located at the NOAA Inouye Regional Center (IRC) in Honolulu, HI. Please carefully review the attached solicitation documents and follow the Instructions to Offerors listed in the attachement. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 and is being competed unrestricted; therefore quotes can be accepted by small and other than small businesses. The government intends to procure these services using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the governmetn to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet online at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711. Quotes shall not be accepted and an award shall not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM.
