- Notice of Intent GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration seeks to add renewal option for following space: State: North Carolina City: Salisbury Delineated Area: North: Route 70 (Statesville Blvd) at Route 601, Southeast on Route 70 becoming Mahaley Ave., to Old Mockville Road� South: Jake Alexander Blvd. South at E. Innest Street, West on Jake Alexander Blvd. South to I-85, south on I-85 to the city limit, southwest along the city limit to Julian Road northwest on Julina Road to Jake Alexander Blvd. South East: Innest Street to Jake Alexander Blvd. South West: Jake Alexander Blvd. West at Julian Road northwest to Route 70 (Statesville Blvd) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�9,402 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):�10,361 SF Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�53 Parking Spaces (Surface):�53 Full Term:�2 years Firm Term:�0 Option Term:�NA Additional Requirements:�NA Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
