- Description
- RAW WATER SUPPLY TEST WELL, LASSEN VOLCANIC NATIONAL PARK, SHASTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA The National Park Service, Lassen Volcanic National Park, has a requirement for the drilling of a new test well in the Manzanita Lake area of the park. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 237110, with a corresponding size standard of $39.5 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Concern Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from total Small Business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not Small Business concerns shall not be considered. The work of this contract consists of labor, materials, and equipment required for the drilling and testing a new raw water supply test well within the Manzanita Lake area of the park. The work includes but is not limited to mobilization, demobilization, well drilling, installing well casing, installing well screen, gravel packing, formation stabilizing, surface sealing, multiple different tests, and option items for a second test well and destroying the wells. All work shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits required to successfully complete the work. An organized site tour has been scheduled - see Section L for more information.
