- Description
- The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish one or more Indefinite- Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the Partnered Forces Operations to purchase various commercial weapons to include U.S. weapons, foreign weapons, and accessories based on the individual demands from a multiple of Contingency Operations (CONOPS). The Government intends to award to all successful vendors. The Government intends to award contracts for the MAC IDIQ by making an integrated, best value determination between past performance and technical acceptability. Offerors who submit technically acceptable proposals and who receive Substantial Confidence for past performance, would represent the best value to the Government and be determined successful. However, the Government reserves the right to award no contracts based upon the results of the proposal evaluations. The contract ordering period will be 60 months. Please read the entire solicitation carefully. The 8 attachments consist of the entire solicitation.�It has been determined this is a commercial product, and therefore the SF 1449 has been used in lieu of the SF 30.� All of the proposal submission information is contained in modified clauses within the SF 1449.�� Attachment 3 is the Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) for Delivery Order 0001.� Attachment 4 is your proposal.� Please fill out the spreadsheet with the information required if you wish to be considered for the first delivery order.� The FOPR will not be used to evaluate for contract award.�� This is an all-electronic solicitation release. Hard copies shall not be mailed or accepted. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be posted to www.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of each Offeror to review SAM.gov for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to current information. Amendment 01 posted 20 July 2021.� A conformed copy of the solicitation with�all changes has also been posted for your convenience.�� A list of questions and answers submitted with regards to this solicitation is posted 01/21/21
