Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0005 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), Melbourne, FL. This order consists of spare parts for the E-2D AHE Full Rate Production (FRP) configuration. �Items include parts for E-2 Airframe Change Directives (ACDs), Advanced Radar Processor, Fueling System (AR), Crew Seat System (AR), External Lighting System (AR), Tactical Targeting Network Targeting, SIPR/CHAT, and Automatic Identification System (AIS). As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the E-2D aircraft, NGSC is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to provide the required supplies and services.
