- NOTICE: 100% SET-ASIDE UNDER THE TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS PROCUREMENT PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS SUBPART 19.502-2 This announcement is in reference to Solicitation Number 140P8521Q0006. The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service - Interior Regions 8, 9, 10, and 12 intends to solicit quotations from qualified Total Small Business firms for a firm-fixed price supply purchase order to furnish all necessary supervision, management, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, any other direct incidental costs, overhead, profit, and expertise to perform all operations to ensure successful completion of this project. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 221117 - Biomass Electric Power Generation, and the small business size standard is 250 employees. Offerors are required to have an active registration in SAM (www.sam.gov) at the time of submission of a quotation to be eligible for award. The solicitation and attachments will be posted electronically on or about July 20, 2021 to the Government's Point of Entry. All amendments will also be posted to this website. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. This synopsis/pre-solicitation announcement is not a solicitation document, but a pre-notice of the upcoming solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your quotes will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or after the date listed above.
