- *� One additional RFI with response added to this revision. The U.S. Department of Energy, Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern)�intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to replace the Sikeston Substation�fencing located at Co Rd 478, Sikeston, MO 63801,�GPS coordinates (36.875790, -89.625002). The work will consist of completely removing the existing chain-link fence�and installing a new electrically grounded chain-link fence. The new chain-link�fence will be eight (8) feet high and will include six barbed wires,�concertina�wired, 1-inch wire mesh fabric, and non-motorized cantilever slide gates with ISP�security latches.
