Description

RFP 70T04021Q7672N004 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Reduced Size Explosive Systems (RSEDS) and associated ancillary items and support services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal (RFP)70T04021Q7672N004. This is a full and open competitive acquisition for the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Proposals are hereby requested under the Solicitation 70T04021Q7672N004. Award will be made on a Highest Technically Rated, Fair and Reasonable Price (HTRRP) basis. The associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334517 with a business size standard of 1,000 employees. Offerors are hereby notified that all information about this procurement, including the official solicitation and subsequent amendments, will only be available on the Sam.Gov website, published in SAM.gov, Contract Opportunities. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Sam.Gov website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this procurement. Offerors are requested to review all documents carefully. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. All questions must be submitted via email to Shannon.Welch@tsa.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight time on July 28, 2021. Proposals are due via email in accordance with the attached RFP instructions no later than 12:00pm Eastern Daylight time on August 17, 2021. Please reference all attached documents for additional information regarding this requirement, to include all applicable contract clauses, provisions, and due dates.
