Description

The purpose of this Amendment is to correct qty for Clin 0001 and extend closing to 22 July 2021 @ 2:00PM Eastern Daylight Time. ************************************************************************************************************ Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.a.sproul.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Daylight Time on 20 July 2021. Solicitation N0042121Q0434 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Solarwinds Renewals �as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. BRAND NAME ONLY. Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. Vendor must be Authorized Distributor. *YOU MUST SUBMIT SIGNED DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING YOU ARE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR. MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT ***Instructions to Offerors*** Offerors must complete certifications in Section K of this solicitation and provide with your offer. . This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
