- This is NOT a solicitation or request for quote (RFQ). This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP). This is NOT a job advertisement for hiring employees. The VA is seeking QUALIFIED VENDORS to provide a very brief response to this notice including only just what is asked for in this notice below. This is a sources sought notice to industry and the only information is posted on Contract Opportunities web page at https://SAM.Gov/. Sources sought means seeking qualified vendors. The attachments included on the Contract Opportunities page do not include any additional information. If your company is interested please read this notice entirely and submit the required information, as requested herein. VA is seeking qualified sources ( vendors ) who have interest and capability of providing annual maintenance and support services for: 3 ACIST CVi contrast injectors, Serial Numbers: EP0015370, EP0015369, and 30016278 at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, 921 Northeast 13th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73104-5007. The requirement will be to provide on-site maintenance services and ability to provide on-site technical support five days per week on a subscription basis. A qualified source will be able to readily provide all necessary equipment, personnel including qualified/certified technicians, maintenance, licensing, quality control, teaching, consultations, system specific supplies, and supervision. A qualified source means a vendor with credentialled technicians and support staff. Current Situation: This is a new requirement on 3 pieces of equipment which are no longer covered under contract. This requirement was previously under contract at the Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System under contract VA25616P0557 with ACIST Medical Systems.
