- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA FT Sam Houston, Texas is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties that have an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Pulmonary Function Machine (PFT MACHINE,) at Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital, Fort Polk, LA 71459. �The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.� If your organization has the capacity and authority to provide, Includes 1110L body plethysmograph with 551 pound patient bench and 25 inch telescoping arm, breathing circuit (including Ultrasonic sensor, Flow Path Valve, and Demand Valve), SentrySuite software, validated WIN 10 PC with sanitizable medicar keyboard/mouse, 27 inch flat panel monitor, Office Jet printer, 3- L manual syringe, DLCO pressure regulator, 6 cylinder gas stand, box of 80 MicroGard 118 filte rs.Tests performed: Spirometry (FVC, SVC, MW), Lung subdivisions (VTG, FRCpl, RV, TLC, Raw , Conductance and specific resistance and Resistance Volume Loops), Realtime DLCO (both Single Breath and lntrabreath, MIP/MEP, and pre/post bronchodilator. Standard software includes: Guidance and Stabilitrac instructional applications, preformatted reports and reference sets with design tools for modification, automated interpretation algorithms, QA checks and physician interpretation templates. 1 year warranty plus 1 additional year of premium contract included. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice.
