- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service, is requesting information regarding the capability to provide a new autosampler package, PAL RTC 1205. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The primary objective of issuing the sources sought notice is to seek information from vendors with the capability of providing the following: -PAL RTC 1205 system for liquid and headspace injection consisting of: 1 pc PALbase 1205 X/Y unit with PAL Control Board 1 pc PAL RTC z-head 1 pc PALterminal 1 pc Gas Purge Line for Headspace Technique 1 pc Safety guard 1 pc PALpower and cables 1 pc PAL Liquid Syringe Tool D7/ 57 1 pc Syringe 10?L, Gauge 26S, PST cone (SYH-207807) 2 pc D8/57 Liquid Tool 1 pc Syringe 250?L, Gauge 26, PST cone SYH-207829) 1 pc Syringe 1000?L, Gauge 23, PST cone SYH-207849) 1 pc PAL Headspace Syringe Tool for 2.5 mL syringe 1 pc HS-Syringe 2500?L, Gauge 23, sideport (SYH-207290) 2 pc PAL Tray Holder 6 pc Sample Rack for 54 vials of 2mL 1 pc Rack R60 for 60 vials of 10/20mL 1 pc Agitator Module 1 pc Vortex Mixer 1 pc Large Wash Module 1 pc Solvent Module -CompassCDS CTC PAL3 RC.Net control driver -CTC PAL -PAL3 Mounting Kit for SCION GC model 456 -Travel Rate / Installation This is not a request for quotes, but instead market research to determine interested vendors prior to issuing a solicitation. Pricing information provided is for estimation purposes only. A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been established. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice or the information received, nor will it reimburse participants for the information they provide. If you are an interested vendor, please provide the following information: 1) Business name and point of contact; 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) business size; and 4) a brief statement of Capability (no more than three pages) which demonstrates the ability to meet the specialized work requirements above. Include any past performance information on contracts of similar size and scope. Electronic responses are preferred. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m., Central Time, on July 27, 2021, to the attention of Jessica Pacheco, Contract Specialist, via e-mail to jessica.pacheco@usda.gov.
