THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The COANG, at Buckley SFB, Colorado is requesting information and conducting market research to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities to provide a radio suite that meets the requirements as outlined below.� As part of its market research, COANG is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there are companies who can provide a radio suite capable of meeting the listed requirements in addition to the one known manufacturer.�The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources.�No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which�the COANG can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute an RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked ""Proprietary"" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. The COANG will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. Interested sources shall provide a response detailing their capability to provide a radio system capable of meeting the listed specifications. Please provide the following information: �Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization, and if applicable any Government contract vehicle numbers; �Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational capability. The Government does not possess or own data rights necessary to distribute for this effort. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses, procured through full and open competition, or sole sourced. Please note telephonic responses WILL NOT be accepted. System Requirements: -Replacement radio suite capable of UHF, VHF, and SATCOM in both PT and CT -System must allow for selectable antenna and radios, from multiple independent remotes and locations -System must be capable of integrating with remote sites for future expansion -System must be JF12 Certified for all military frequencies -System must integrate with existing antennas Current equipment: Antennas: -UVU-200 with N type connectors -AT-197/GR -AV-2011 satcom antenna and -Taco Model H-105
