- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA462521Q1059 for Utility Locating Services at Whiteman AFB. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561990. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $11M. All quotes shall be valid for a period of 90 days. The Government intends to award one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. �Evaluation for this acquisition will be best value based on price and technical.� Technical rating will be acceptable or unacceptable based on at least two (2) references provided for the same or similar work. Quote shall consist of the Price List and at least two (2) references for the same or similar work.� Quotations along with references can be e-mailed to the following e-mail address: 509conslgcp@us.af.mil to the attention of Randy Sellers. NOTE: Quotations must be received NLT Friday July 23, 2021, 2:00 PM CST; late quotations will not be considered for award. Prospective offeror must be registered and have an active status in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award.
