******AMENDMENT #4 (POSTED 22 JULY 2021) The purpose of this amendment is to update the wage rate to the most current version ( 25 June 2021).� ******AMENDMENT #3 (POSTED 20 JULY 2021) The purpose of this amendmend is to: 1. Re-open the solicitation to satisfy the posting requirements IAW FAR 5.203(c). Proposals are due Friday 23 July 2021 at 10:00AM (AKDT).�� ****AMENDMENT #2 (POSTED 1 July�2021) The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Re-open the solicitation IAW FAR 15.206(c) under changing the terms and conditions by updating Section L. The new proposal due date is 07 July 2021 at 12:00PM (AKDT).� ****Amendment #1 (POSTED 25 JUNE 2021) The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Post the Questions and Answers 2. Update the Section L. Instrs., Cond., and Notices to Offerors Renovate Bldg. 55 The Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation, and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature) for Renovate Bldg. 55 JBER, Alaska complete, in strict accordance with the scope of work, specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The subject project�s �Magnitude of Construction� in accordance with FAR 36.204 is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held �Wednesday 16 June 2021 at 1:00 PM (AKDT). Parties will meet at Bldg. 55 on JBER. Questions are due NLT 23 June 2021 at 2:00 PM (AKDT).
