- U.S. Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Black Iron Oxide in accordance with A-A-59179 dated 2 April 1998 with Notice 4 dated 9 October 2019. The applicable NAICS code is 325180, with a small business classification size of 1000 employees or less. F.O.B. Destination. ACC-RI intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), W52P1J-21-Q-3038 on or about July 29, 2021. Please Note: This notice does not constitute an RFQ. Responses to this announcement are not quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future RFQ or an award. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government.
