Description

The purpose of this Amendment 01 to Solicitation N0060421Q4066 referenced below is to add the attachment Allbyte Justification Redacted SYNOPSIS � NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE : This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor, Regional Contracting Department intends to award a sole source purchase order to NTELX Inc., located at 1293 Hendersonville RD STE 1, Asheville, NC 28803-1955 for the brand name �Allbyte� software licenses, up to five (5) users, for illicit cargo trade database in support of Joint Interagency Task Force West (JIATFW). The delivery date of these licenses is anticipated to be by 01 September 2021 and be valid for twelve (12) consecutive months. Please reference the attached Allbyte Justification Redacted. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. The Government intends to negotiate solely with NTLEX, Inc., as no other source of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 for Software Publishers with a small business size standard of $41.5 million. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, responses received by 11:00 AM HST Monday 02 August 2021 will be considered.
