- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is N0018921Q0318 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2021-07-23 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The FLC - Norfolk requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Provide and install two desks 40�x30�x30� IAW T9640-AC-DSP-010/HAB, Rev 1 Section 1.6.2.4 Attachment to Ship Structure.-Log Room, 2, EA; LI 002: Provide and install four desks 48�x30�x30� IAW T9640-AC-DSP-010/HAB, Rev 1 Section 1.6.2.4 Attachment to Ship Structure.-Log Room, 4, EA; LI 003: Provide and install one continuous length workstation approximately 10'x24"".IAW T9640-AC-DSP-010/HAB, Rev 1 Section 1.6.2.4 Attachment to Ship Structure.-Log room, 1, EA; LI 004: Provide and install six Binder storage units over each desk measuring approximately 36�x17�x25� IAW T9640-AC-DSP-010/HAB, Rev 1 Section 1.6.2.4 Attachment to Ship Structure.-Log room, 6, EA; LI 005: Decking recolor and seal - Log room Recolor, flake & seal approximately 250sf. PRC deck, w/ black back ground and white flakes., 1, Job; LI 006: Printer relocate and install- Log room Relocate one Printer that measures approximately 30"" length x 48""width x40: height and mount to the deck., 1, Job; LI 007: Decking recolor, flake and seal -Classroom Recolor, flake & seal approximately 250sf. PRC deck, color navy blue with white flakes., 1, Job; LI 008: Provide and install 22 theater type seating units w/ drop down tablet. Color to be specified by ship�s representative prior to installation.-Classroom, 22, EA; LI 009: Provide and install 3 new foundations for new theater type seating. Color will match the other foundations in the space.-Classroom, 3, EA; LI 010: Provide and Install 1 ea. 2-tier 24� x 14� x 12� book shelf. Provide and install 4 ea. 2-tier 36� x 20�x 10�-Classroom, 5, EA; LI 011: Provide and install 1ea. 48""x26""x30"" desk unit with CPU storage, front panel, pencil drawer, two drawer filing cabinet.-Classroom, 1, EA; LI 012: Chapel podium-classroom Provide and install 1 chapel podium Color and type to be specified by ship�s representative prior to installation.-Classroom, 1, EA; LI 013: Provide and install a fold up type storage behind the LRC: 01-319-2-1 door to accommodate the chapel podium.-Classroom, 1, EA; LI 014: Removal of existing 19 theater type seating, 1 desk, 5 book shelves from the LRC.-Classroom, 1, Job; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, FLC - Norfolk intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. FLC - Norfolk is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their quote using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a quote on www.UnisonMarketplace.com. Offerors that are not currently registered to use www.UnisonMarketplace.com should proceed to www.UnisonMarketplace.com to complete their free registration.
