Description

The purpose of the amendment is to answer questions also see Contracting Officer s Statement at the end of this amendment. QUESTION: Will the unit be wall-mounted where it will be located? And are there any space limitations the unit must adhere to? I asked for clarification for (1) above, here s response to request for clarification: As for the part of the question you highlighted in yellow, typically key management units are wall-mounted, but sometimes clients ask for a kiosk-type or other non-wall mount (free-standing). Without knowing more about where exactly the unit will be located (schematic), we just wanted to ensure some conditions. ANSWER: It will be wall mounted. No real space limitations. Contracting Officer s Statement: This requirement is to purchase a Key Cabinet with Integrated PIV Access, part numbers are all brand name of equal): Equipment (1 each unless specified below): Traka FF-7-0057, Battery - S Series Touch (2 req) Traka FF-7-0231, HID RP10 Multiclass Reader & Config Traka FF-7-0303, Self Locking Steel Cable Seals per 10 (6 Each) Traka KC-9-0033, S Touch 60 Locking Traka US-1-0027, Colored Number Tags 001-100 Software: Traka GP-2-0279, Traka Integration for Software House CCURE9000 Traka GP-2-0338, Traka Web Pro Plus - 1 year license - per cabinet Professional Services: Labor Other: Maintenance and Support shall be provided in accordance with OEM's (or band name) current policies, quotes shall include an authorized distributor letter to provide maintenance and warranty of said items/services. Annual maintenance support period begins upon shipment of software, quotes shall included an authorized distributor letter to provide maintenance and warranty of said items/services.. This is a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All SDVOSBs shall be registered on the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) to qualify for an award.
