Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, intends to award a sole source contract with GBS Corporation for EasyID/EastLabel Software License & Support, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g, urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization), for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Ft Bliss, Texas. The sole source contract will have a period of performance of�1 Oct 2021 � 30 Sept 2022 plus two option years. The NAICS code 518210, size standard is $35M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0212, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
