- W9127S21Q6003 NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIMIT SOURCES The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District has a requirement for Initial Outfitting of Camp Pendleton ACC Replacement (21 Area), at Camp Pendleton, CA.� The Clinic replacement includes 24,681 GSF of new construction.� The IO project includes vacating and moving 20,779 GSF of existing facilities.� The initial outfitting and transitioning of the new clinic is funded by Defense Health Agency (DHA). This requirement will include brand name or equal items as provided by the Designer of Record.� This notice of intent is not to a request for quote/proposal.� No solicitation document is available. �No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.� Telephone responses and requests will not be received. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns.� The government award will be based on best value. �All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote/proposal on this requirement must be registered in the SAM database.� Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and to frequently monitor for any amendments to the solicitation.� A Limited Source Justification and Approval will be posted with the solicitation.� Failure to respond to the solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of quote/proposal may render your quote/proposal non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. A determination by the Government for a brand name justification for this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
