- The Department of Veterans Affairs will be soliciting for vendors that can provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to complete a Facility Boundary and Topography Survey, consisting of 84 acres, at the Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC). The Hampton VA Medical Center is located at 100 Emancipation Boulevard, Hampton, VA 23667. In addition, the contractor shall provide a 6 ft by 4 ft framed photo of an aerial view at the same angle/view as the current photo of the facility provided in the Statement of Work. A Request for Quote will be issued on or about 23 July 2021. The Period of Performance is a base only, totaling six months, beginning 9 August 2021 through 8 February 2022. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541370 Surveying and Mapping (except Geo-Physical) Services, the Size Standard is $16.5 Million and the Product Service (PSC) Code is C219 Architect and Engineering General: Other.
