Description

Project: USDA Forest Service, Lincoln National Forest, Alamogordo, NM, Sacramento Ranger District has a requirement for construction of fence as described in the solicitation. This project is located in Otero County and is covered by Davis-Bacon wages. Magnitude of project:� Between $100,000 to $250,000. �This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 238990 (size: $16.5 Million); PSC: Y1PZ, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).� Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs.� The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Organized Formal Site Visit: �Date/Time/Location will be announced in the Request For Quotations (RFQ).� Solicitation questions should be directed to: Contracting Officer, warren.abbott@usda.gov. �Last day for questions on the statement of work shall be August 20, 2021, c.o.b. Offer Submission:� Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.� Responses to this solicitation should be sent by email in electronic format to the Contracting Officer.� All submittal and deadline requirements shall be met by use of email: warren.abbott@usda.gov.� Deadline for submission of offers shall be September 1, 2021, 4:00 p.m., PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).
