- The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, work facilities, supervisory efforts,�testing and all other necessary incidentals for the expansion/renovation for a building leased from the�Monacan Nation to provide health care services to the Native Americans in the region. This building will�be used to provide the following basic health care services: Primary Care, Behavioral Health Providers,�Outpatient Pharmacy, Visiting Optometrist, Preventive Care Services, Patient Registration, PRC Staff,�IT,�Housekeeping and Facility Management. The approximate square footage of the existing building is�5,000 SF. This building is CMU block on a cement slab and designed for warehouse type operations.�
