- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. �The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333318, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 3590. The Network Contracting Office 9, 1639 Medical Center Pkwy, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN. 37129 is seeking to purchase Rethermalization system for patient meals. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Supplies/Services Nashville Retherm System Salient Characteristics with Specs: Docking stations: (6)� Air-cooled self-contained retherm/ boost docking stations. System shall provide flexibility to change one docking station at a time or multiple docking stations at same time. ***System shall include customizable dashboard with detailed system status � cart engagement, cycle status (chill, heat, equalization, holding), hot/cold docking station temperatures, temperature charts, alarm log and meal schedule. ***System shall maintain historical data that can be viewed or downloaded for HAACP reporting. ***System shall provide alert notifications for conditions outside control limits. ***System shall be web-based application that connects to the cloud via Wi-fi or Ethernet. Warranty and Installation: 3-year extended warranty. Shipping Installation Removal and disposal of old equipment. Equipment to be installed in the same locations as our current equipment and must connect to the facility infrastructure already in place.
