- The USGS, Hydrological Instrumentation Facility (HIF) has a requirement for TIPPING BUCKET RAIN GAGE AND MOUNTING BASE as required under this RFQ and in accordance with the attached specifications. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0121Q0175 will be issued on or about 07/22/2021 and quotes are due 07/29/2021 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Quotes are to be emailed only to Michelle Dalmado, mdalmado@usgs.gov.
