Description
REQUIREMENT To meet the diverse needs of CONTRACTOR personnel, we require, a SUBCONTRACTOR that has a wide array of courses, including eLearning, instructor-led classes and assessments. The SUBCONTRACTOR must support the entire population (2000+) of CONTRACTOR�S employees and have the functionality to be implemented thru ATOM, the CONTRACTOR�S learning management system. The SUBCONTRACTOR must include professional development and leadership courses to support the Leadership Program, including Leadership Academy, Excellence in Leadership & Management and Communities of Relevant Expertise. The Fixed Content License grants unlimited access to, and use of intellectual property. Which includes the right for the CONTRACTOR to print certain Materials in house. If a third-party printer is requested by the CONTRACTOR, the third-party printer will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with SUBCONTRACTOR. The �Population� is defined as 2,200 employees authorized to use any portion of the Master License. Members of the Population are granted the right to access and use any, all, a portion of, or none of the Fixed Content License items. Pricing for the Master License is based upon the availability of the Master License to all members of the Population, not by the level of consumption of the Master License by any member of the Population. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide the CONTRACTOR a nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable license to access the content via SUBCONTRACTOR third party hosting provider and license to use SUBCONTRACTOR content and Tools. Use of the content, tools, and materials shall be limited to the CONTRACTOR�s regular internal business matters. SUBCONTRACTOR-owned learning Content in the Interaction Management (IM) series (including all micro-courses, classroom course materials, web-based courses (can be delivered via SUBCONTRACTOR�s leadership portal or on Client�s LMS), virtual delivery materials, and SUBCONTRACTOR simulations if available) (electronic files). Facilitator files are only to be used by CONTRACTOR if the CONTRACTOR has one or more IM certified individuals. SUBCONTRACTOR-owned learning Content in the Women in Leadership (WIL) series (including all classroom course materials) (electronic files). SUBCONTRACTOR standard impact evaluation studies for Content. SUBCONTRACTOR-owned learning content in the Business Impact Leadership (BIL) Series (including all micro-courses, classroom course materials, web-based courses (can be delivered via SUBCONTRACTOR�s leadership portal or on Client�s LMS), and SUBCONTRACTOR simulations if available) (electronic files). Facilitator files will only be provided if the CONTRACTOR has one or more BIL certified individuals. Facilitator files are only to be used by CONTRACTOR if the CONTRACTOR has one or more BIL certified individuals Third party items are required for three courses within the BIL series. SUBCONTRACTOR will provide a quarterly notice of updates and sunsets to Client to SUBCONTRACTOR owned Content if and when available. The CONTRACTOR may request updates. All items to be available in English. Additional languages must be made available. ASSESSMENT The Subcontractor shall provide a capability statement that includes evidence of all of the following for evaluation and consideration: Complete Sample Courses including Facilitator�s Guide, Student�s Guide, PowerPoint, Videos, Posters, etc., for both ILT and VILT format. Access to user portal for 72 hours to view sample Web Based Training Courses. Access to user portal for 72 hours to view and complete assessments. Train-the-trainer virtual and in-person instructor-led certification courses for potential facilitators. Master Facilitator Certification in order for CONTRACTOR to train and certify potential facilitators. Online training resource for certified facilitators. Resources for trainers, such as master-trainer support, podcasts, webinars and blogs. Provide a report with data-based evidence that studies and analyzes the effectiveness of the leadership development program. Customer and student comment and reviews. Must be able to support open content network with Success Factors LMS.
