- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 36C25719Q0426 Solicitation Type: Request for Quotation (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 10-26-2018. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns that have been verified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR ยง 74 VA Veteran-Owned Small Business Verification Guidelines and appear in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database found at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code associated with this procurement is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. The Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS), items, quantities and units of measure requested are attached. Please refer to the attached documents Listing of Items Required , Salient Characteristics and Statement of Work, for complete details.
