Description

LRAFB is looking to acquire the ""Dare�to Lead"" leadership course. The course consists of�10 behavioral and cultural issues that leaders identified as getting in the way of organizational success and how to work through those issues: Tough conversations to include feedback, fear of change, diminishing trust, taking risks, how to handle setbacks, shame and blame, diversity and inclusion, knee-jerk reactions, organizational values, and perfectionism and fear. IAW FAR 19.15�Women-Owned Small Business Program, LRAFB will only accept inquiries from WOSB vendors in response to this Sources Sought.�� Please send all responses to the POCs provided below.�
