Description

Synopsis: INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE-BUCKSTAFF / MOSS DESIGNS Ltd., MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1) (i), ""Only one responsible source"" based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the products and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Buckstaff/Moss Designs Ltd., PO Box 2851, Oshkosh, WI�� 54903, FOR: Replacement of Furniture which has the same USMA, West Point Crest Design Logo and the�Logo was �designed by Buckstaff/Moss. The Furniture also is an exact match to what we already have to keep continuity and visual aesthetic of an Academic Library.� Buckstaff / Moss Design are the only vendor who can provide the furniture pieces that match the current d�cor and with the existing Logo. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 07/29/2021 by 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Patricialee.a.pomarico.civ@mail.mil
