Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This solicitation (TIB-2021-RFQ-0006) is being issued as a Request for Quotation.� This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06.� The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Investment Consultant Services.� The Government contemplates awarding multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements�with 10-year ordering periods resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offers represent the best value in terms of non-price and price factors as defined in this RFQ.� See the Attached documentation for the Combined Synopsis Solicitation, and associated attachments.
