Description

07/26/2021 - Updated RFQ due date to 07/29/2021 at 9:00 a.m. HST. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is the largest industrial complex in the state of Hawaii and the Pacific region. The facilities and equipment are able to service the Navy�s fleet and other agencies. The shipyard occupies 112 acres, over 170 buildings and 4 dry docks. The plant value of the facility is in excess of $4.0 billion. The contractor shall provide support services to perform material onload and related logistics support for approximately 1000 line items (drawers and bags with weights between 10 to 70lbs). These items will need to be wrapped/unwrapped, labeled, and moved from Building 229 to specified locations on board a Navy Vessel (to be determined) for stowing. Work will be performed during the hours of (0800 � 1600). Work must be completed within these dates: August 19, 2021 through September 2, 2021 or as determined by the government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541614 for Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $16,500,000 million. The Product Service Code is J999, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06, DFARS 05/20/2021, and NMCARS 18-17. All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3. Quotes are due no later than Thursday, 07/29/2021 at 9:00 a.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
