- The following is a Request for Quote. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for a contractor to increase the HVAC return duct in the mechanical room for the 2nd floor of the Office Building at the Fountain City Service Base, located in Fountain City, Wisconsin.� New ducting and balancing on the 2nd floor of the office building revealed that the return duct was stepped down in size causing a restriction of air volume. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of October 15, 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238220; Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside.�� No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available.
