- 36C24821Q1235 Chapel Organist Services Amendment 0001 - Responses to Vendor Questions What is the past award contract number? Response: Current contract number is 36C24820P0046, which will be complete as of 10/05/2021. Will the Government provide the sheet music to be played during the services? Response: We have sheet music available. Who will fund for the Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) certification of the Music Sheets? Response: Contractor is responsible to comply with applicable federal, state, and local law. What type of organ is furnished at the chapel in Lake City VAMC (pipe, Allen, Hammond)? Response: Allen Will there be a choir whom the applicant will be working with? If so, what size is the choir? Response: No choir Are there volunteer musicians at the VAMC chapels? Response: No Who will be responsible for the background checks, security clearances, and providing photo badges to the musicians entering the chapel? Response: If needed, badges will be secured through VAMC PIV office. What is the timeline for the auditions/interviews? Response: In accordance with the guidance provided in the Solicitation under Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Quoters, auditions shall be coordinated with and at the convenience of the Government and may be conducted in person or via live videoconference. Once all submitted quotes have been reviewed by the Contracting Officer, auditions will be scheduled so as to allow enough time to make an award decision and begin contract performance no later than 10/05/21. Since the Government is not required to notify unsuccessful quoters, will a debriefing be provided upon request? Response: In accordance with FAR 13.106-3 (d), If a supplier requests information on an award that was based on factors other than price alone, a brief explanation of the basis for the contract award decision shall be provided. Is there a limit to the number of pages that should be included in a vendor s quote? Response: There is no limit to the number of pages in a vendor s quote. Vendors shall follow the guidance provided in the Solicitation under Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Quoters. Quotes that fail to provide the required information shall be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
