- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement for Bldg�301 interior & exterior renovation, Bldg�301B�interior & exterior renovation, Bldg. 301C�interior & exterior renovation, Bldg. 301J�interior & exterior renovation, Bldg 296 bathroom upgrades on Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million. Solicitation W911SA21B2007 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS).� It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be 100%�Small Business Set-Aside.��� Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance: Work is to be completed NLT 26 Sep 2022, anticipated award Jul/Aug 2021.� MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 30 days of this presolicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided in the solicitation, once it is posted. Do not contact the Contract Specialist for requests to change the set aside or to state your interest. Parties interested in the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments can add themselves to the Interested Vendors List; contractors will not be directly notified of postings of any related documents. SOLICITATION POSTED 06/07/2021 MMH� 11 June 2021 - Attention Interested Parties, for the site visit, If you need Fort Hunter Liggett access, please fill out the Part 1 of Attachment 10 FHL Form 7 and email it to Michelle Harvey ONLY, she will fill out Part 2 and using DoD SAFE, the form will be returned to you.� Then, and only then; with Part 1 and Part 2 filled out, can you email it to the email address listed on Page 2 of the FHL Form 7,�� Please DO NOT include other parties in the email to Michelle Harvey before Part 2 is filled out.� Please do not send the form to the email address listed on Page 2 before Part 2 is filled out.� Failure to follow these directions may mean that your form is not done correctly, nor will access to Fort Hunter Liggett be approved.� If you have received your form back with Part 2 completed, then send that form to the email address on page 2 of the form. If you can access Fort Hunter Liggett, then please disregard these instructions and you do not need to fill out the form. 06/16/2021 Site Visit Sign In Sheet posted - there will NOT be another site visit MMH� 07/01/2021 NOTE;� At this time, the questions have been sent to the POC for answering, however, the answers have not been received back in order to issue an amendment.� At this time, it is not feasible to have bid due next week without those answers. When the answers are received, an amendment will be issued containing all the questions and answers. When the amendment is posted, it will contain the new Bid Due Date, the Bid Due date will not be before 21�July 2021 Please do not email for further status of the answers,� 94 questions were received and I will process an amendment as soon as I have the answers.�� Also, Please note the DoD SAFE Drop Off is only good for 7 days, so it is too early to request that now.� Please email beginning on 19 July 2021 to request your DoD SAFE Drop Off Request� (if the bid due date stays 22 July 2021)�� I am not maintaining�a list for this, your firm will need to email within the time frame.� Typically, Contractors have sent one email requesting the DoD SAFE Drop Off and the Bid Opening Teleconference information.� I wanted to publish this informaiton to give everyone an update.� Thank you 07/19/2021 Bids will NOT be�due this week, the answers to the questions have not been answered.
