Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center - Atlantic Ship Pisces conducts marine research in support of NOAA�s National Marine Fisheries Service and National Ocean Service. To execute the mission and operational requirements, the ship requires additional repair parts for the Alfa Laval Distillation Plant. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. � Solicitation number NM-AN2190-21-01689�� 21_PC_ALFA_LAVAL_PARTS is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. This acquisition is a small business set-aside�under NAICS code 333914, Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. Line items are as follows: Line 0001 The repair parts must be designed and configured to meet applicable standards as outlined in 46 CFR and ABS guidelines for distillation plants used on sea going vessels. Aftermarket parts should not be used IAW Alfa Laval technical manual as they are OEM specific to serial number of each distillation unit. See Statement of Need for Parts List. Place of Delivery � DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Request new parts by 30 DEC 2021. Ship to: NOAA Ship Pisces EET Burton 151 Watts ave Pascagoula MS, 39567 Quotes resulting from this RFQ shall meet the following: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration;� 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any. 5. Address the ability of meeting the requirements per the Specifications with a detail material specification or data sheet, pictures of the item, and authorized OEM letter to sale or distribute their products. 6. Authorized distributor only for this procurement. 3rd party sales will not be accepted. Documents showing they are an authorized distributor/reseller and authorized to sale a product to the Government shall be provided with the quote. Offers shall submit quotes electronically via https://app.smartsheetgov.com/b/form/570863dbdb5c4c4896f9e668bca03a5c no later than 1700 hrs EST, August ,02 2021.
