- The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center (NIWC Atlantic) Charleston, SC 22220 has a requirement for Materials including Tools from Altra Industrial, Crescent, DeWalt, Grainger, Husky, Kobalt, Mcmaster, PROTO, Snap-on, Stanley, and Tektron tool Sets. This notice is to determine whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Alex Faulconer, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, 13 August 2021. The Government will not pay for any information received. The Government will accept quotes via email at: William.a.faulconer.civ@us.navy.mil
