- Description
- Purchase, integration, installation and maintenance of thirteen (13) Maintenance Operation Center LMR MXS dispatch consoles. The installation of MXS dispatch consoles also includes a JITC approved telephone operator position�(telephony)�for primary and alternate MOC locations. The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, training, licensing and other items and non-personal services necessary to design, install, integrate and optimize the upgrade to the 18th Maintenance Group/ Maintenance Operation Center primary and alternate dispatch communication centers located at building 764 and 3431 on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. Performance includes but is not limited to the following: Povide an IP-Based, reliable dispatch platform to be used for land mobile radio (LMR), communications Operate on secure end-to-end encryption (AES) Vendor must provide logging solution with recording capabilities for analog telephone traffic as well as replay capabilities for telephone and trunk traffic. Products must connect to current Motorola IP2LMR system, allowing communications throughout Okinawa and Japan. Include control function (I/O) to allow for automatic door controls from dispatch Install and test all equipment as listed in the System description and equipment List. Ensure a successful deployment of the dispatch upgrades. Plan and manage daily operations to ensure a fully functioning network solution. Effectively manage cost, schedule and performance of the project. Protect government property while onsite at Kadena. Perform services required during the following hours: Mon- Fri, 0730 � 1700, except Federal holidays. Ground system equipment Perform R56 Audits and Configuration Audits at all system infrastructure sites after installation is complete. Set system levels, optimize, and perform in-field acceptance testing of the system. Develop and provide system documentation. The government anticipates posting the solicitation on SAM in early August 2021.
