- This requirement is for the purchase of a Performance Nutrition Online Platform. The commercial market was surveyed by both the customer and AFTC/PZIOA. The market survey�revealed that the items are readily available from one vendor: Notemeal, Inc. This contract action was not competed. Notemeal, Inc. is the only product on the market that provides the total needed package of system interface and integration, meal planning via online platform, nutrient analysis for menus, meal plans and food logs, software platform, and technical support.�
