- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Redstone Arsenal, AL, intents to enter into a contract with Steeple Technologies, Inc., for upgrades of teh WEBLIM software at teh MSIC location. Purchase of this service will ensure its compatibility with teh existing software.
