Description
Annual Maintenance for High Performance Computer (HPC) Cluster Technical & Maintenance Agreement for the FAAs Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI), at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This market survey is for a contract for annual maintenance for high performance computer cluster technical maintenance to support the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) Bioaeronautical Sciences Research Laboratory for AAM-610 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. On-site support (up to three visits a year), remote problem diagnosis, and remote preventative maintenance used by CAMI for Aeromedical research. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendors expense. The FAA intends to award on a single source basis with Nor-Tech, Burnsville, Minnesota, as they are the only known source, are the OEM, and hold the proprietary rights and the technical documentation. It is anticipated the resultant contract will contain a one-year base period with four additional one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the FAA. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and capable of providing these repairs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS Size Standard 811212 $30M In order to make the determination the FAA requires the following information from interested vendors: Capability Statement This document shall identify: 1. Proof of access to Nor-Techs technical drawings, specifications, and service data in order to provide the required services. 2. Ability to provide on-site support. 3. Ability to provide remote preventative maintenance. 4. Ability to provide remote problem diagnosis. Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offeror's program eligibility. All responses to this market survey must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST, Friday, July 29, 2021, via email. Email: joni.l.haynes@faa.gov
